Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase and we hope that you are happy with it. In any event you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please see below for more information on how to request a return, a refund or an exchange on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

Upon delivery you must check your item as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. Please ensure that a return authorization number is obtained from us and customers must contact us first regarding all return’s inquiry before attempting to return any item to us.

You have 14 days to request a return under our 14-day return period policy, which starts on the day you received the item.

Please follow the guidelines set with this returns policy. Note that all items must be returned in the condition as it was received, items must be returned unused, unopened and in the original packaging with labels attached. When you receive the item please ensure you take reasonable care of it when checking/inspecting it e.g. all security seals or tags must be intact.

 

RETURN PROCESS

We require all items to be returned in its original packaging. For any returns we require you to send our customer service an email at info@myvervo.com for the next steps and where to send the item.

 

 REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued when certain conditions are met. In a case where the item is defective, damaged or a wrong item was received we may issue a refund. Please note that we may ask for pictures as proof before we issue or decline a refund.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item and conditions are met, we will process the return so you must allow at least 5 to 7 business days from the day we process your return for your refund to be processed in which you will be notified. All refunds will be deposited to the account used from the original purchase.

 

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

We apologize if you have received the wrong item. This is not common and may happen sometimes, but we will resolve this issue as quickly as possible. To receive a refund or an exchange, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within the 14 days from the receipt of delivery.

 

COST OF RETURNING ITEMS

In a case of an item being in a bad shape from the warehouse (broken bottle, broken lid, broken capsules, or expired product) a new item will be shipped to you by our warehouse at no cost.

In a case where you have placed an order, received the order and decided you did not want to keep the product or wanted to exchange it, we will honor such request after you have notified our customer service and if there is a valid reason. Note that upon this reason you will be responsible for any fees or partial fees associated with returning and exchanging the item.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

For any damaged and defective products, please contact us to arrange a refund or an exchange provided these conditions are met. As set above, we require these items to be in original packaging, unopened and unused.
