HELP - MODIFYING AN ORDER
You can modify your order by accessing your order in Account. If you ordered the incorrect item, you could cancel the order up to the point of entering our warehouse process by accessing your order in your account. If you have already received your item, please read our returns policy to find out how to return the item to us. How do I make changes to my order? Note that once you have placed your order, you cannot make any changes to it. You would need to cancel the order (providing the order has not entered our warehouse process) and then place a new order.
